A few minutes into the lakes, and you believe you are Benjamin Davis Wilson (Los Angeles's first mayor) who 'discovered' Big Bear. Accommodations at Big Bear Lake match everyone's needs and finances. There are campgrounds and parks where you can hook up your recreational vehicle.
